Thinking about a Vegan Diet ?

There is always one person in every social group who is on a “vegan diet”. It has become a lot popular in just a year. 

Increasing animal violation and emptying of oceans has led people to tilt more towards a vegan diet. An exclusive sample menu can be seen under Golden Globes 2020 documentaries for the first time. Undoubtedly, a vegan diet brings you lots of benefits! You think about losing weight, thin waistline, controlled blood sugar, cardiac health and much more.

You need to keep in mind to avoid certain foods if you are willing to follow a vegan diet.   Yes, there are restrictions on what you can and what you cannot eat! But, there is a good list of foods that are protein and nutrient-rich.

The idea of a keto diet is to gain more calories from protein and fats rather than carbohydrates. So, you’ve got to cut out carbs completely. 

It is a healthier option as you’ll cut down on soft drinks, sugar, soda, white bread, etc.

The ketogenic diet or keto diet focuses more on a single aim- Weight loss. It’s important to note that you shall not opt for this regimen for health benefits.

When you take up a keto diet, your body breaks down the fats and proteins in your body to release energy.  Regardless of it, certain medical conditions can be managed by staying on a keto diet. Diseases like epilepsy, heart diseases, brain diseases, and also acne get eliminated. Ketogenic diet enhances the endurance levels of athletes- runners or cyclists.

Hey! Who doesn’t love a burger or a pizza or any other street food?

2021 has brought our favorite fast foods in the healthiest form ever. The dough of pizza has been transformed to make it healthy. The veggies included are now organically grown and hand-picked. Everyone wants to savor these tastes without gaining weight here and there. Girls especially, yet boys don’t back off either!

Health-conscious eating is prevailing among the youth of this generation. It is all to get that idolized figure! Foods like Kale, Cabbage, Farro are included more in the meals as healthy options. Apart from food, some organic drinks are shaping 2021. The most fond drink is Organic Wine. 

All the cultivators and agriculture-related people have shifted towards organically grown raw products! No synthetic fertilizers or chemicals. Nothing at all!

Say “No” to Regular Milk!

Not everyone can tolerate dairy products! Animal Milk is no more the preferred milk among people this year. We’re all eager to try out and continue consuming other milk alternatives.

Hummus is made out of chickpeas. It can be in the form of dip, spread or savory dish!

Between 2014- 2018, the market of the main ingredient of hummus- chickpeas has increased by 6.4 percent. It is no longer limited to the Middle East or Mediterranean areas, but it has gained its popularity all over the world. It was only possible because it was  available online and on different food delivery apps.

Dessert Hummus is yet another popularized dish of 2021. Flavors like brownie butter, peanut butter, snickerdoodle, and many others are available under dessert hummus. 

Honestly speaking, it is as delicious as it sounds! Just give it a try once! You can always get hummus online, or you can also find recipes to make them at home. It will be fun and far better. It will allow you to add all of your favorite items to get the most out of it.

Spreads and Butter, Everywhere!

We all love butters and spreads! Whether we are a kid or an adult!

Breakfast of some is incomplete without either of the two. Forget breakfast! Spreads and different types of butters are also a part of people on a diet. Thinking about Nutella, Almond Butter, or Peanut Butter? Well, 2021 has moved forward to include:

I’m pretty thrilled to try out the new flavors and cuisines that 2021 has to offer to me!  Each decade is welcomed with new food and drink trends. Whether it be fashion, music or food, it’s always there! Studying the trend of 2021, I conclude that we are more health-conscious! Our dietary foods encircle around organic foods & drinks, less dairy- all that soothes our mental & physical health.
